Asian twist with a refreshing accent on a classic Gimlet.

  • 45ml Copperhead Gin
  • 10ml Muyu Vetiver
  • 15ml Yuzu 
  • 20ml Shiso syrup 
  • 2 dashes of Salt solution 
  • 1 dash of Angostura 
  • 1 Shiso leaf

Make the coin of Shiso & put the rest of the leaf into the shaker. Shake - Strain in a Coupette

Garnish with Shiso leaf coin
