Negroni Douro

  • 50ml Gin
  • 30ml Tawny Port (I used 20yo Graham’s)
  • 10ml Campari
  • 1 barspoon Mozart Original Chocolate Liqueur
  • 4 drops Copperhead Digestivum Bitters
  1. Stir all with plenty of ice
  2. Strain over a single large rock (or fresh cubes) in Old Fashioned Glass
  3. Garnish with a piece of chocolate (or possibly Orange zeste)
