Negroni Douro
Created by Matthias Soberon
- 50ml Gin
- 30ml Tawny Port (I used 20yo Graham’s)
- 10ml Campari
- 1 barspoon Mozart Original Chocolate Liqueur
- 4 drops Copperhead Digestivum Bitters
- Stir all with plenty of ice
- Strain over a single large rock (or fresh cubes) in Old Fashioned Glass
- Garnish with a piece of chocolate (or possibly Orange zeste)
