Fluffy Gimlet

• 50ml Copperhead Scarfes Bar
• 30ml Hierbas liquor 
• 25ml lime juice
• 10ml sugar syrup
• Egg white 

Fill a cocktailshaker with all ingredients. Shake with ice during 10 seconds. Discard ice & Dry shake for 25 seconds. Strain in a pre chilled coupe glass. Garnish with lime wheel and lime zest.
