Gibson Sour

• 60 ml Copperhead Gibson Edition
• 30 ml Lemon Juice
• 20 ml Cucumber & Mint extract
• 1 Egg white
• 2 dash Celery bitters
• Pinch of black pepper

Shake, reverse Dry Shake and fine Strain in a Martini Glass.
